How the engine plans the articles

The steps

1. 0:00Before a single line is written, the engine draws the plan of the articles.
2. 0:04A guide in the centre. The articles around it. And the links between them.
3. 0:09This is the map from the client portal, with an example plan. Each circle is a guide.
4. 0:14Open a guide. It sits in the centre, with its articles around it, each with its date.
5. 0:19Click an article, and only its arrows stay lit. Who links to whom, and which way.
6. 0:24This link points to an article that comes out in December. For now it stays as text, waiting.
7. 0:30When that article comes out, the link switches on by itself. It's called backfilling.
8. 0:35It's the same map you see in your portal. You approve the plan before anything is written.
