How Sentinel works

The steps

1. 0:00AI does the work. Your team keeps the judgement.
2. 0:03This is the Sentinel console, with test data. In the Inbox there's one card for every decision.
3. 0:08An email to a customer is high risk. It waits for a person's yes, and shows exactly what will go out.
4. 0:14No level ever lowers by itself. You lower them, procedure by procedure.
5. 0:19Send it back with a note, and it redoes it. After the yes the email goes out, and the note lands in the CRM.
6. 0:26Everything stays in the log. Every job, who started it, which step it's at and what it cost. And who read which data.
7. 0:34In the decisions you see who said yes, who changed a level, and why.
8. 0:39Tell Maia how your company works. She'll help you see which department to start with. The consultation is free.
